    Payment is 50% to start and 50% before handover. The timeline begins once your content and the advance are received, and late materials can delay delivery. Revisions are limited to your package, and substantial new features are handled as a scope change. You own your domain, hosting and account logins.

    How does payment work?

    Half up front to start, and the other half once you have approved the preview. When the final payment is made, we hand over the finished website.

    What if I want changes?

    Revisions are included in every package: one round on Starter, two on Business and three on Pro. If you want something outside the agreed scope, such as a new feature, we handle it as an add-on or an upgrade.

    Who owns the domain and hosting?

    You do. Your domain, hosting and related accounts stay in your name. If you would like ongoing maintenance, we can arrange that separately.

    When does the timeline start?

    When we have both your content and the advance payment. Time spent waiting for materials from you does not count towards the delivery time.

    Are domain and hosting fees included?

    No. You buy your domain and hosting yourself, so you own them, and you pay any third-party service fees directly to the provider.

    What happens if my content arrives late?

    The delivery date moves with it, because the timeline only starts once we have your content and the advance payment. Final handover always follows final payment.

    What if I need a store or a login system?

    Those go beyond the standard packages, and that includes stores, payments, logins, dashboards and integrations. Describe what you need in the form and we will send a custom quote.
